Accommodation

Hotel accommodations are twin (or) double (Superior/ Suite) room with breakfast. (All of our tour programs arrange for accommodation is sharing double or twin room but special request for single room will be added surcharge as per company policy).

Air Ticketing

International and domestic air tickets are available.

Transportation

Convenient transportations (sight seeing, transfer, boats, and cruise ship) are arranged by our company, we provide satisfaction safety, convenience, standard skilled driver with good service.

Entrance Fees

Tour Zone, Pagoda, Museum and other tour entrance fees are also including in tour prices.

Meals

According our tour programs lunch and dinner are arranged at local standard restaurants.

Guide Service

Not only English speaking local tour guide, but also French, Italy, German, Janpanese, Chinese and Thai speaking guide as per group tour nationality.

Visa Extension

Visa Extension is arranged by our company and charge under tour's extra account.

Payments

All prices are in US Dollars.Full payments or 75% of total amount are required and send by bank wire and the balance will pay on arrival. Your payment will be sent one month ahead of arrival date is preferred. On receipt of payment, company will contact with you again by E-mail or fix with detail confirmation and joining procedure. Please kindly pay the bank transfer charges at client side.

Cancellation

Cancellation should be made by E-mail or Fax before the tour date cancellation charges are deducted as follow:
15 days prior to arrival 15% off
10 days prior to arrival 30% off
7 days prior to arrival 50% off
Less than 3 days (or) one day prior to arrival 70% off.
No refundable, if you where the tours dates are over. Bank transfer of refund charges are under client side.

We are not included in the service provide as per following:
-Yangon ariport international departure tax. (US$ 10/per),extra bed charges

-Travel accident insurance (injury,damage, accident) & medical fare.Additional for natural disasters. International flight tickets. Visa extension fees.
Above tour conditions and programs are for the classic tour and also we can provide standard (or) economy class tour is available on client's request with fair price.
